July, 2009

I completed a two month contract with Microsoft where I produced a tactical design strategy to completely transform the user experience of the Microsoft Partner Program Portal to dramatically improve customer satisfaction. I conducted an extensive site audit and delivered a new information architecture, information design and page design templates. I was an advisor to the content management team, providing recommendations to improve content relevancy and discoverability that reduces site maintenance costs, increases SEO and simplifies the navigation structure to deliver an overall improvement in the user experience.

March, 2009

I completed some exciting projects for Expedia in 2008-2009, including designing a Web 2.0 solution to message real-time savings data that promotes saving money on every travel booking, redesigning the Disneyland® Resort microsite, redesigning the cruise portion of the Expedia site and designing a solution to allow customers to shop for multiple travel products (flight, hotel, car and activities) across multiple sessions.
